Working Principle

The raw materials are fed into the drying tank of the drying host by the feed pump, at the same time, the heating medium is fed into the heating jacket of the dryer by the pipeline pump, the raw materials are heated by the wall of the drying machine to obtain heat, and the water is gradually removed under the action of the vacuum system to achieve the purpose of drying; In the raw materials near the drying stage, in order to prevent some of the powder from being pumped out by the vacuum pump, it is designed to use the special bag filter to collect it; organic solvents contained in the raw materials are condensed by the special condenser in the second stage. The organic solvent contained in the raw material is condensed by the special condenser in the second stage, so that the total recovery rate reaches more than 95%.
