Working principle:
Raw materials are sent to the drying tank body of the drying host by the conveying pump, at the same time, the heating medium is conveyed to the heating jacket of the dryer through the pipeline pump, the raw materials are heated through the wall of the drying machine to get the heat and are heated, and the drying purpose is achieved by taking away the moisture gradually under the action of the vacuum system; in the raw materials close to the drying stage, in order to prevent some of the powders from being extracted out by the vacuum pump, the design adopts the special bag filter to collect them; organic solvents contained in the raw materials The organic solvent contained in the raw material is condensed through the special condenser at the second level, so that the overall recovery rate reaches more than 95%.
