　　Plasma protein is the main solid component of plasma, the content of which is 60-80g/L. Plasma proteins have a wide variety and different functions. Domestic animal protein industry is in a stage of rapid development, animal protein as feed additives used in feed production, but the application of food is still at a low level. Pig's blood is rich in protein, known as “liquid meat”, pig's blood deep processing project has a broad prospect. Plasma hemoglobin powder products are often used in the feed industry, and in recent years, the extension of food grade also has optimistic market prospects.

　　The production line is integrated by several systems, such as material supply system, medium circulation system, air heating and purification system, drying tower system, material collecting system and control system. The main tower system concentrates all the technologies of the current spray drying project, and the collecting system of the spray dry unit is formed by the combination of a first-class cyclone separator and a cloth bag duster. The primary cyclone adopts high air volume and high efficiency cyclone for collection, and its powder collection rate can reach about 96%, while the cloth bag dust collector is specially designed optimized equipment for protein powder dust removal, which can make the material and wind completely separated and settled, and the cloth bag is water-repellent, oil-repellent and anti-static cloth bag, and the filtration mesh can reach more than 500 mesh.
