1, the material to be dried should be loose, not agglomerated, paste-like materials need to add pre-dryer;
2, the performance of the feeder should be excellent, in order to achieve uniform and continuous feeding;
3、Strictly prohibited into the particle size of more than 10mm hard lumpy materials;
4, the material shall not be bonded on the drying disk surface, otherwise it will affect the heat transfer and drop effect, but also improve power consumption;
5, if there is a shutdown because of power failure or malfunction, it is necessary to stop feeding, heating and water in time, and then turn off the power, open the inspection door, and remove the material in the disk to avoid the material agglomeration and the disk surface crusting;
6, the spacing between the scraper on the upper side of the feeding disk and the feeding disk and whether the rake arm needs to be equipped with a casing and mill roll, should be determined according to the trial production;
7, the equipment is prohibited to reverse, to prevent the destruction of equipment;
8, adjust the rake leaf must shut down the motor, with manual disk car adjustment, prohibited in the operation of the equipment for adjustment, to avoid causing personnel injury;
9, steam piping needs to be installed pressure limiting equipment, prohibit overpressure.
Selection of disk dryer should consider the factors
1. The material should be suitable for drying with the equipment;
2. Select the heat source (such as steam, heat-conducting oil, hot water, etc.) according to the user's actual situation
3. Whether the dry materials need to be cooled
4. according to the drying operation conditions, choose normal pressure type, closed type or vacuum type;
5. according to the solvent nature of the dried material can choose whether to increase the solvent recovery device, configure the corresponding condenser and other facilities;
6. Whether the material residence time has special requirements;
