I. Working Principle

II. Scope of application

3、Require the recovery of organic solvent materials.

III. Installation site selection

　　In order to facilitate operation and maintenance. The distance between the host and the wall or other equipment should be >1000㎜. The height of the workshop space should be >1000㎜ from the height of the host.

　　The ground where the equipment is installed should be leveled. However, when replacing varieties or stop using, the equipment needs to be cleaned, and the required yard should be able to drain in time.

IV. Installation

　　Place the equipment in the pre-selected position and level it, then connect the steam or heating oil and connect the vacuum pipe. According to the electrical schematic diagram will be connected to the circuit.

V. Operation

1、Preparation: Turn on the power of the control box, check whether the deceleration is refueling, such as not added should be timely refueling and added to the correct position of the oil mark.

2、Operation: add the material into the container. (50%-60% of the container volume). ①, turn on the vacuum pump. ②, set the motor forward and reverse time, start the motor. ③, open the steam (or heating oil) heating, after reaching the purpose of material drying. Stop heating. Stop the motor rotation. ③、Close the vacuum and open the empty door to reach the normal pressure in the propaganda product. ④, set the motor to reverse. ⑤. Open the discharge door to discharge the material.

VI. Repair and maintenance

The equipment must be inspected and maintained regularly to give full play to its due efficiency and keep normal work.

1、Spindle bearing with seat should add lubricating grease regularly.

2, reducer, the first time you use, when running 7-14 days later, must be replaced with new oil. (Under normal circumstances, worm gear oil is recommended). In the subsequent use should regularly check the quality of oil, for mixed impurities or aging and deterioration of the oil, must be replaced at any time, but in general, for long-term continuous operation of the reducer must be in 2-3 months to change the oil once for the daily working time of no more than 8 hours of the reducer must be in every 4-6 months to change the oil, in the work when the When the oil temperature is found to rise significantly, the temperature rise of more than 60 ℃ or oil temperature of more than 85 ℃ oil quality degradation, as well as produce abnormal noise and other phenomena, you should stop using, check the cause, such as due to the tooth gluing and other reasons, must be repaired to eliminate the fault, replace the lubricant and then use it again.
