  The heat transfer surface of hollow paddle dryer has several parts such as blade, stirring shaft and wall, and the heat transfer area of blade accounts for a large part, so the equipment has compact structure and large heat transfer area per unit volume. In addition, stirring and mixing make the sludge flip violently, so as to obtain a high heat transfer coefficient, so the floor space and space are very small, saving the cost of plant infrastructure. Drying process gas dosage is less, the flow rate is low, the amount of dust taken away by the gas is less, so it is convenient to recover the gas dust after drying, and the volume of the recovery equipment is small, which can save the investment of provincial equipment.


  The core of paddle dryer is two hollow shafts and the hollow stirring paddle welded on the shaft. The shape of the paddle is wedge-shaped hollow semicircular, can be passed into the heating medium. In addition to the role of stirring, but also the equipment of the heat transfer body. The two main heat transfer side of the paddle blade is beveled, so when the material is in contact with the beveled surface, with the rotation of the blade, the particles quickly slide away from the beveled surface, so that the heat transfer surface is constantly updated, and strengthen the heat transfer. A scraper is provided at the triangular bottom of the paddle to scrape up the material deposited at the bottom of the shell to prevent dead space.
